Easy Sugar  Snap Peas

Ingredients Fresh Sugar Snap Peas Unsalted Butter Kosher Salt Coarsely Ground Black Pepper

Add enough water to a medium saucepan to cover the snap peas.  Over high heat, bring the water to a low boil.

Add the sugar snap peas to the pan and cover.  Cook for about 2 minutes until the snap peas are a bright green.

Drain the snap peas in a colander.

Add the butter, salt and pepper to the saucepan over low heat.  Melt the butter, stir to combine.

Add the sugar snap peas to the saucepan and stir to combine with the butter and seasonings. Remove from heat and serve.
