Ingredients
1 ½ pounds sweet potatoes 4 tablespoons unsalted butter 3/4 cup honey 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Cook Time: 30 Min
Wash the sweet potatoes. Peel the sweet potatoes. Cut the potatoes in 1/2-inch round slices.
Combine honey, butter, salt and 1 cup water in a heavy bottom 10- inch skillet. Bring to a simmer and add the sweet potato slices.
Simmer 10 minutes, flip the slices and cook an additional 10 minutes or until the tip of a knife is easily inserted into the potato. The sweet potatoes should be soft, but not mushy.
Pour glaze from the pan on the sweet potatoes. If desired, garnish with fresh parsley and serve! These potatoes are a delicious side for your Thanksgiving Feast!
